Chianti - An Italian escape

Chianti is a Italian fine dining restaurant set up in multiple locations across Bengaluru. The access to the restaurant is easy and there is availability but it stands out to say that this was the best Italian food I have eaten in India!

Chianti is a symphony for the senses. Our journey began with a warm welcome and a delightful antipasti - a basket of freshly baked bread accompanied by a homemade pesto butter, its vibrant green hinting at the culinary delights to come.

The pesce fritto was a light and crispy melody, the catch of the day perfectly prepared, a chorus of textures and flavors dancing on the palate.

Next, the ravioli di pollo e funghi con salsa romano emerged, a delicate creation filled with succulent chicken and earthy mushrooms, bathed in a creamy tomato sauce - a true maestro's composition.

The crostini pesto chicken was a rustic delight, a testament to the simple elegance of Italian cuisine. The interplay of pesto's vibrant notes and tender chicken was a culinary masterpiece in miniature.

For a sweet finale, the tiramisu arrived, a symphony of coffee and cocoa, its light and airy texture a perfect end to our operatic evening.
