Naru’s Noodle Bar - An exclusive experience.
Naru’s Noodle Bar is a Japanese kitchen set up in Shanti Nagar, It is a pretty busy area but the restaurant is set in a calm environment, a Japanese food lover’s paradise.
It has a unique reservation concept, where you need to book a week prior, to get a seat at this place with a reservation fee of 1000 rs per person. The friendly staff and calm ambiance make the place a beautiful Japanese experience.
Their signature Tonkotsu ramen is a star for a reason. Imagine a rich, creamy broth cradling perfectly cooked noodles, melt-in-your-mouth pork chashu (slow-cooked for 18 hours!), and a symphony of toppings: a flavorful spice paste, perfectly marinated ajitama egg, vibrant Beni shoga (red pickled ginger), and fresh scallions.
But Naru isn't just about ramen. Their Japanese fried chicken is a revelation. Crispy on the outside, unbelievably tender and juicy on the inside, all thanks to a light batter and citrus mayo. Dare we say, it's the best fried chicken ever?
For dessert, prepare to be wowed. The Japanese cheesecake is a dream - light, fluffy, and paired with a delightful strawberry compote. Think you've had fluffy desserts? The double-baked chocolate cake takes it to a whole new level. Rich ganache meets a soft, pillowy center, all balanced by the tang of candied orange peel and a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. It's an explosion of flavor in every bite!
